Victor Giorgini

A Leader in the floral industry since 1980, Mr. Giorgini began his career in farm sourcing, production planning, logistics, and quality assurance at Southern Rainbow Corporation. In 1990, he joined Equiflor as Senior Vice President of Farm Sourcing, Quality Assurance, and Operations, and has served as President and CEO since 2000. Mr. Giorgini has been instrumental in developing the company’s branded products, including Rio Roses, and establishing the company’s rigorous quality standards. He also contributes as a pro bono board member for two charter schools supporting underprivileged children. Originally from Argentina, Mr. Giorgini studied international business at Florida International University and enjoys traveling and family activities with his wife and two sons.
