Based in Miami, Florida, Rodrigo Leiva is the President of Esmeralda Farms, a Sunshine Bouquet Company. With a career spanning 22-plus years in mass-market and wholesale floral distribution, Leiva plays a pivotal role in guiding a dedicated team of over 4,500 professionals in the U.S., Ecuador, and Colombia. In his role as a managing director, overseeing Sunshine's and Esmeralda's farm operations in Ecuador, Leiva is one of the driving forces behind the companies' sales growth strategy, achieved through an ever-expanding portfolio of fresh-cut flowers. His commitment to innovation, quality, service, and sustainability aligns seamlessly with Sunshine and Esmeralda's shared mission: to cultivate and deliver the freshest, highest-quality products to discerning clientele worldwide. Leiva earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Illinois, complemented by an undergraduate degree from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
