Earlier this week, the U.S. Court of International Trade ruled that many of the tariffs imposed by President Trump in February and April were unconstitutional.

However, shortly after the ruling, the Administration filed an appeal, and the appeals court has agreed to keep the tariffs in place until a final decision is reached.

🔹 What does this mean?

For now, tariffs are still being collected, despite the court’s ruling. The legal process continues, and it's unclear how long it will take for the appeals court to issue a final determination.

AFIA will continue monitoring the situation closely and will share updates as new details emerge.
