Celebrating Floral Creativity at the City of Doral Flower Event

Last Friday evening, AFIA proudly attended the Doral Flower Event, a vibrant celebration of floral artistry in the heart of Doral. The event showcased stunning flower arrangements created by talented designers, using flowers generously donated by many AFIA members.

The evening brought together florists, industry professionals, and the local community to honor the role flowers play in culture, commerce, and everyday life.

A few years ago, Doral earned the official designation as the City of Flowers, recognizing its significance as a hub for floral imports and distribution. This annual event continues to celebrate that legacy—and organizers have even bigger plans for next year, with hopes of featuring flowers in a full-scale parade.
