Carlos, Co-Founder and CEO of Gems Group Inc., has over 30 years of experience in the floral industry, specializing in the supermarket floral segment. He began his journey in 1993 at Atlantic Bouquet Company and co-founded Gems Group in 2003, where he continues to lead. Recognized as the 2018 Floral Marketer of the Year by the Produce Marketing Association, Carlos has served on numerous industry boards and committees. His passion for the floral industry shines through in his dedication to integrating flowers into daily life, always with the belief that a rising tide lifts all ships.
